Most people don’t tend to be big broccoli fans, some don’t like the taste, some don’t like the color and I have even had some clients complain that the word broccoli is just ‘too damned ugly!’
Hey all, as promised a couple of weeks ago here today we are looking at overload techniques. Why? Well, firstly because I promised we would, but secondly and more importantly, because using and varying overload techniques will acclerate your fat loss and tone you up a lot quicker.

Yes that’s right. I said butter makes it better and I mean it!
As I mentioned last week I usually get most of my clients adding butter to broccoli and any other steamed vegetables that they have. I usually tell them that it will improve the taste (which it does but the real reasons are that is increases fat burning, yes that’s right. And it improves gut health!)
